Tuesday, April 21, 2026 — What We Did Yesterday
We had a focused day on Mama Tried Fulfillment, tackling some housekeeping and advancing the HeyBuddy integration.
- Major cleanup: pruned over 1,000 outdated product mockup images across tees, hoodies, hats, stickers, raffle entries, and more. Freed up significant storage and decluttered the repo.
- New HeyBuddy API endpoint: added POST /api/heybuddy/artfiles/ingest for seamless art file ingestion. Handles sender email, file details, S3 paths, validation, and auto-inferred formats.
- Dependency maintenance: ran npm audit fix to resolve 9 vulnerabilities (Next.js → 15.5.15, lodash → 4.18.1, AWS SDK patches, etc.). Clean slate now.
No commits on osp-time-clock or site-osp-2025.
With the artfiles endpoint ready, we can start flowing real files through HeyBuddy tomorrow.
